About Safetech Computer Emergency Response Team (STI CERT)
STI CERT was created to respond 24X7 Computer Security Incident Response Services to all types of events / incidents and all kinds of threats that may occur in its area of responsibility, before your organization's systems and networks are significantly altered or damaged.
STI CERT acts on its own initiative or following a request by a beneficiary, as a result of probable threats or ongoing that could lead to a security incident. The level of assurance of support from STI CERT may vary depending on the type and severity of the incident, the services, the impact and size of the affected systems and resources available.
STI CERT will treat any specific information of any beneficiary as confidential and will exchange information with other parts only as they were taken all the necessary measures to not allow any form of identity display beneficiaries, and if this is not possible, only with their consent.
STI CERT will not incriminate any person, any group or institution, leaving this task to the competent organs and structures designated by law.
